Tow Truck Junction (“TTJ”) is a doing-business-as Tow Truck Junction operated under Contractors Junction (“CJ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern all use of the Tow Truck Junction website, services, and advertising placements.

By accessing the site, submitting a listing, or purchasing placement, you agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Business Identity & Structure

Tow Truck Junction is:

  • A DBA of Contractors Junction

  • An advertising and visibility platform

  • A pages-only directory system

Tow Truck Junction is not a separate legal entity from Contractors Junction. All billing, accounting, and expense handling is managed under the Contractors Junction business umbrella.

2. What Tow Truck Junction IS

Tow Truck Junction IS:

  • A paid advertising platform for towing-related service providers

  • A system that publishes location-based service pages

  • A directory that displays business contact information (phone numbers and related details)

  • A platform that allows consumers to directly contact service providers

  • A fixed-price placement system based on availability and term length

TTJ sells visibility and placement only.

3. What Tow Truck Junction IS NOT

Tow Truck Junction IS NOT:

  • A lead generation service

  • A dispatch service

  • A towing broker

  • A roadside assistance provider

  • A call routing or call tracking service

  • A referral agency

  • A call center

  • A job marketplace

  • A revenue-sharing platform

TTJ does not:

  • Guarantee calls or jobs

  • Assign or distribute work

  • Set or control pricing

  • Negotiate on behalf of providers

  • Collect commissions

  • Take per-job fees

  • Participate in any transaction between provider and customer

If a customer contacts you, that interaction is entirely between you and the customer.

4. Advertising Relationship Only

All listings on Tow Truck Junction are advertisements.

  • No partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship is created

  • You are an independent business

  • TTJ does not represent you

  • You do not represent TTJ

TTJ’s sole role is publishing advertising space.

5. No Guarantees of Results

Tow Truck Junction makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding:

  • Call volume

  • Job volume

  • Revenue

  • Customer quality

  • Geographic demand

  • Seasonal demand

  • Weather-related activity

  • Market conditions

  • Competition

  • Search engine behavior

Visibility does not equal results.

By purchasing placement, you acknowledge that outcomes depend on external factors beyond TTJ’s control.

6. Payments, Terms, and Refund Policy

  • All placements are sold for fixed terms (e.g., annual)

  • All payments are non-refundable

  • All sales are final

No refunds are issued for:

  • Low or no call volume

  • Slow seasons

  • Weather conditions

  • Business closure

  • Dissatisfaction with performance

  • Changes in personal or business circumstances

TTJ sells advertising space, not performance.

Once space is reserved, it is removed from availability.

7. Placement Availability & Exclusivity

  • Availability is first-come, first-served

  • Some areas may have limited slots

  • TTJ may limit the number of advertisers per city or region

  • Exclusivity is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing

TTJ reserves the right to manage inventory to maintain platform integrity.

8. Listing Accuracy & Provider Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Accuracy of your business information

  • Accuracy of phone numbers

  • Compliance with all local, state, and federal laws

  • Proper licensing and insurance

  • Truthful representation of services offered

TTJ does not verify:

  • Licensing

  • Insurance

  • Certifications

  • Business legitimacy

Providing false or misleading information may result in removal without refund.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Misrepresent your business or services

  • Use fake or misleading phone numbers

  • Harvest calls for resale

  • Engage in fraudulent activity

  • Use TTJ for illegal purposes

  • Harass customers or competitors

TTJ reserves the right to remove listings at its sole discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tow Truck Junction and Contractors Junction are not liable for:

  • Missed or unanswered calls

  • Customer disputes

  • Payment disputes

  • Tow-related damage

  • Accidents or injuries

  • Property damage

  • Legal claims arising from services performed

All services are performed at your own risk and responsibility.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tow Truck Junction and Contractors Junction from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your services

  • Your business operations

  • Customer interactions

  • Legal or regulatory violations

12. Platform Changes

TTJ may modify:

  • Page layouts

  • Site structure

  • Presentation methods

  • Internal systems

Such changes do not entitle users to refunds.

The core service — advertising placement — remains unchanged.

13. Termination

TTJ may terminate or remove listings for:

  • Policy violations

  • Fraud

  • Misrepresentation

  • Abuse

  • Illegal activity

Termination for cause does not entitle the user to a refund.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Florida courts.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By using Tow Truck Junction or purchasing placement, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand TTJ is advertising only

  • You accept all risks associated with your business

  • You are not relying on TTJ for guaranteed income

  • You waive claims based on assumptions not explicitly stated here
